People know what is good for them; the problem is that they don’t want to give up on the nice things which will only results in an unhealthy lifestyle. Since there is no immediate reward to exercising and eating less, even though you will feel better for trying, you let it pass. And this is the reason why many people fail to achieve the healthy lifestyle.
One way to help yourself is to give something to gratify yourself while you are doing your health plan. It is not really impossible to gain health benefits while laying aside instant gratification. Overcoming the problem of instant gratification can be done in several ways. You can try some methods to do this. One of the ways you can do it is by adding a bit of instant gratification to your health plan. Just to give you motivation to help you achieve your health goals, you can reward yourself every time you achieve a goal on your healthy living plan. These rewards can help you slowly achieve your goals.
